The History of RFGoS

The Rophine Field Group of Schools is located on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. With four different campuses, RFGOS’ ample acres are a rich environment for learning.
All Rophine Field School Campuses are “Cradles of Nurturing Scholars”. The Primary School was established in the year 2009 and is currently offering both the Kenyan CBC Curriculum and Junior Secondary Education.
2009 Founding of RFGoS
The Rophine Field Group of Schools was established in 2009 with a vision to redefine education. Our proprietors aimed to pioneer a new model of schooling—one that seamlessly integrated academics, co-curricular activities, and community service. With a humble beginning of fewer than 500 learners, Rophine Field embarked on a journey to provide each student with a transformative education that would cultivate critical thinking skills, instill strong character, and foster a deep respect for diversity.
2014 First KCPE Candidates
The journey was not without hurdles but our commitment was strong and propelled us forward. In 2014, we registered our first KCPE candidates and performed exceptionally well, cementing our names in the education landscape.
2016 Rophine Kindergarten
Two years later, in 2016, fueled by growing demand and enthusiasm, we proudly launched our Kindergarten, marking a new chapter in our expansion.
2024 RFGoS 2024
Today, after more than a decade of relentless dedication, The Rophine Field Group of Schools stands as a testament to growth and accomplishment. With four campuses in Nairobi and a thriving development in Diani, our reach extends far and wide. We’ve embraced diverse curriculum pathways, including the prestigious Cambridge IGCSE and the innovative Competency-Based Curriculum.
As we reflect on our rich history, we are reminded of our enduring mission: to remain a home of excellence that empowers every student with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to thrive in a dynamic world.
